Today’s tip is about Water and how totally important water is not only for your physical health but for your emotional health too. As we know, what we put into our bodies affects how we feel and water is a major part of that. I won’t go into depth in this clip on how water is important but when your body is dehydrated, concentration and clarity is a lot harder. The fortunate thing about us in england is water is free! I don’t completely recommend tap water but it would be better than drinking other sugary drinks.
